Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease properties to prospective tenants. You will conduct tours, negotiate terms, and guide residents through move-in while maintaining excellent customer service.

Role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with property management software. You will work with the property team to achieve occupancy goals and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in; respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Market properties and participate in promotional activities to maximize visibility.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly and uphold fair housing regulations.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
