Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Lavista Crossing in Tucker, GA. You will help prospective residents find the right apartment home through consultative selling, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through the leasing process.

The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment home using consultative selling techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to renewals and drive occupancy growth.
• Represent the community in a professional manner and maintain a positive, welcoming environment.
• Utilize social media and marketing concepts to engage potential residents and promote leasing opportunities.
