Job summary

NuRock in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to lead leasing efforts at one of our apartment communities.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with a strong background in multifamily leasing, marketing, and closing leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing or multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong background in marketing, lead generation, and closing leases.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with leasing software and online marketing platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment community.
• Attract and retain qualified residents through marketing strategies and outreach.
• Manage the leasing process: tours, applications, move-ins.
• Maintain high occupancy by following up on leads and closing deals.
• Ensure online listings and signage are up-to-date and effective.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to deliver customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Track leasing activity.

LEASING CONSULTANT

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultant to lead leasing efforts at one of our apartment communities in Fort Worth, TX. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role ideal for someone with a strong background in multifamily leasing, excellent marketing skills, and a proven ability to secure leases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment community
• Attract and retain qualified residents through innovative marketing strategies and community outreach
• Manage the entire leasing process: touring, application processing, and move-ins
• Maintain high occupancy by proactively following up on leads and closing deals
• Ensure online listings, and signage are up-to-date and effective
• Collaborate with on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain resident satisfaction
• Track leasing activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Apartment leasing or multifamily housing is preferred
• Strong background in marketing, lead generation, and closing leases
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with leasing software and online marketing platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
