B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and provide an outstanding resident experience onsite. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process with a high-energy, customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales and service skills, the ability to manage schedules and data, and a reliable, professional presence to support community engagement and move-ins.

• Assist prospects with online application and leasing process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.
• Support resident relations and retention initiatives.
