Job summary

CTH Recruiting LLC in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. This role drives the leasing process from inquiry to move-in and delivers outstanding resident service.

Compensation includes $44,000 annually, plus $50 per Lease & Renewal and a $500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry and property tours through application and move-in.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident recertifications.
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records.
• Communicate apartment availability, rental rates, and community features.
• Assist residents with questions and coordinate with the property management team as needed.
• Support occupancy and resident retention goals.
• Assist with general day-to-day property operations.
