Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the on-site Community Manager to manage the property effectively. You'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that residents and applicants encounter when they visit our Leasing Office. Your role involves meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests while ensuring adherence to Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
