Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to drive leasing goals and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will show units, handle applications, and guide move-ins, while collaborating on occupancy strategies and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service or sales; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications such as Fair Housing knowledge are a plus.
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections per Trinity’s standards.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
