Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work weekends consistently.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest — highlight features and benefits that set the community apart.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents at all steps to secure housing.
• Serve as a resource for residents and help resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Use attention to detail to perform required office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate activities and handle all tasks related to renting apartment homes, including tours, inquiries, and closing with a rental application and deposit.

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant who thrives off using their customer service skills to connect with future residents and can identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fun activities for residents Perform all tasks related to renting apartment homes including generating traffic, responding to telephone and internet inquiries, greeting prospective residents, touring prospective residents throughout the property, qualifying prospects and closing the sale by obtaining a rental application and a deposit..
