Job summary

Greenwood Star Property Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive high occupancy by efficiently leasing available units and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and prospects. You will conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi and PM software preferred.

About the Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role on our property management team. Your primary objective will be to ensure high occupancy rates by effectively leasing available units and providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants. You will conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and assist potential tenants in the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will provide outstanding service to current residents and support your property management team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in property management
• Familiarity with Yardi and other property management software
