Job summary

NE Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Silo 29 Apartments. In this fast-paced role you will welcome prospective residents, perform tours, and close leasing deals while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

You will manage applications, collect fees, and coordinate move-ins, working closely with the on-site team to maintain market-ready communities and drive occupancy targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven Foundation: At least 2 years of high-performance sales experience plus 2 years in customer service.
  • Multi-Family Experience: At least 1 year direct experience at a comparable community preferred.
  • Technical Lead Fluency: Comfortable with CRM activity, email leads and ILS pipelines (OneSite/Knock/LRO).
  • Elite Communication: Strong verbal and written English to engage residents and vendors.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Detail-oriented; process leasing apps and verify income records.

Responsibilities

  • Close Active Leads: Greet prospects, assess housing needs, and deliver impactful tours.
  • Manage Leasing Lifecycle: Review applications, collect fees, verify IDs, and move-in files.
  • Process Move-In Payments: Handle initial rental and admin payments before keys.
  • Engage Modern Pipelines: Respond to calls, emails, texts, and Knock activity quickly.
  • Audit Property Aesthetics: Daily walks to ensure model units and vacant floorplans are market-ready.
  • Champion Customer Retention: Be the go-to contact for current residents and service requests.
  • Maintain Perfect Files: Keep digital and physical resident records compliant.
  • Support Office Operations: Assist PM/AM with data updates and inventories.
  • Elevate Curb Appeal: Walk the asset layout and note repair needs for maintenance.
