Job summary

NE Property Management seeks an accomplished Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 4–10 multifamily communities. You will direct regional operations, mentor property managers, and drive value through financial controls and strategic planning.

The role requires 5–7 years in multifamily as well as leadership experience across multiple sites. Expect collaboration with corporate leaders and hands-on use of RealPage, OneSite, and BI tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of multifamily property management experience, including at least 3 years in a multi-site leadership role.
  • Exceptional capability to dissect asset spreadsheets, manage KPIs, regulate expenditures, and protect owner capital.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneSite, RealPage, LRO, BI, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of 4–10 multifamily communities with brand consistency across properties.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements and recommend actions to improve NOI.
  • Inspect portfolio conditions through regular site visits and ensure leasing readiness.
  • Mentor and coach regional Property Managers and on-site staff.
  • Review and approve high-level property invoices within annual budgets.
  • Partner with Regional Service Directors on capital planning and maintenance programs.
  • Support regional marketing to maximize submarket leasing velocity.
  • Resolve escalations with residents, vendors, or owners professionally.
  • Ensure regional compliance with housing, safety, and employment regulations.
  • Compile and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports to executive leadership.
