Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Citizen to connect with prospective residents and secure lease agreements by identifying wants and needs.

Responsibilities include generating interest, guiding applicants through the leasing process, addressing issues, and coordinating community events; scheduling requires Saturdays and Sundays; benefits include PTO, holidays, insurance, 401k, life and disability coverage, and training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a fixed schedule: Saturday 10 am- 4 pm and Sunday 1 pm - 5 pm.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

The Citizen is looking for a leasing consultant to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements
