Job summary

Western National Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Pacific View Apartment Homes, a 200-unit community in Long Beach, CA. You will welcome prospective residents, tour the property, and close leases with a focus on exceptional customer service.

The role offers $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities and benefits. Prior leasing experience is not required; bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired and strong computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing role.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi Voyager a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by presenting, touring, and closing deals with prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with leads.
• Utilize marketing to drive traffic and promote community.

This position offers $22.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience with the opportunity to earn thousands in bonus opportunities, including benefits!

What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Leasing Consultant:

Here’s the deal. You don’t even need previous leasing experience, but it would behoove you to have a minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position. Bi-lingual English/Spanish Highly desired. Since you have a keen understanding of people, you have the ability to interact effectively with everyone! You demonstrate initiative, you’re a deal closer, and you are not afraid to ask for the sale. You know image is everything from your professional appearance to what you say and how you project yourself. You’ve got computer skills (who doesn’t?!) and you’re familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. If you’ve got Yardi Voyager experience, that’s an extra point for you! You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a college degree, we’re impressed.
