Brightwater Apartments is seeking an experienced and personable Leasing Consultant to join our team. Located in Little Rock, Arkansas, the ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of leasing experience, preferably with Class A properties, and possess strong marketing skills and a passion for planning resident events.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting property tours, managing the leasing process, executing marketing strategies, planning resident events, and maintaining positive resident relations.
This role requires constant walking, standing, and sitting, with frequent stair climbing and occasional bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, pushing/pulling, and reaching. Lifting less than 10 lbs regularly and over 10 lbs occasionally. Strong finger dexterity, sensory skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. Work conditions include indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise levels, and potential exposure to chemicals and fumes.
