What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by:

  • Engaging Prospective Residents: Screen all applicants against qualification standards and achieve a 33% conversion rate from prospect to resident.
  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude while presenting yourself and the leasing office with impeccable appearance and hygiene.
  • Contributing to Team Success: Share creative ideas, participate in brainstorming, and help implement innovative solutions.
  • Driving Marketing Initiatives: Conduct off-site marketing efforts and assist in developing strategic marketing plans.
  • Building Community: Support resident programs and retention efforts to ensure a positive living experience for everyone.
Qualifications

Who You Are

You’re outgoing, detail-oriented, and ready to help people find their next home. You’ll succeed in this role if you:

  • Have at least one year of experience in apartment leasing, customer service, or sales (preferred).
  • Possess strong communication skills with good presentation abilities.
  • Are a team player with a knack for creative problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle.
