Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect people with their next home and deliver outstanding customer service. You will tour and lease apartment homes, build rapport with residents, and handle leasing paperwork in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

You’ll work one weekend day per five-day week, bring reliable transportation, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
• Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care

You’re outgoing, organized, and motivated to succeed. You work well with people, manage multiple priorities, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction.

Requirements:

• Availability to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week
• Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
