RAM Partners LLC is seeking a leasing consultant in Huntersville, NC to connect with future residents, identify needs, and secure lease agreements. The role includes a fixed schedule, competitive compensation, and a rich benefits package. You will engage prospects, communicate clearly, and help residents with resolutions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a fixed schedule: Saturday 10 am- 4 pm and Sunday 1 pm - 5 pm
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Generate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition
• Communicate effectively to potential residents on all steps to call your community their home
• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks

Holly Crest is looking for a leasing consultant to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements
