Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Sales & Resident Experience Consultant) to lead a team and drive property success. You’ll be energetic, creative, and knowledgeable about market dynamics to close deals and enhance resident experiences.

You’ll maintain a welcoming leasing office, coordinate tours, and collaborate with the Property Manager on marketing strategies and resident satisfaction. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Be fun! Have energy! Be the energizer bunny!

Responsibilities

• Lead the property team to drive success of the leasing property.
• Maintain a professional and friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Tour routes and models; ensure they look their best.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends; provide feedback to management.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain professional resident communications in person and in writing.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and team members.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

• You have to LOVE people, all kinds of people!!
• You must be able to "seal the deal"! Expectations of at least a 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Be an inspector! Tour routes and models are your showcase; make sure they look their best!
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

Current anticipated annual base salary range: $41,787 - $47,840. Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills and qualifications.
