Deca Camperdown Apartment Homes is a Class A, Luxury Highrise located in downtown Greenville. We are seeking experienced, personable Leasing Consultants with strong sales and marketing skills. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leasing experience, preferably in Class A properties, and enjoys planning resident events.

Summary

The Leasing Consultant conducts property tours, manages the leasing process, executes marketing strategies, and maintains positive resident relations through hosting events and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Interview prospective residents, assess needs and qualifications.
2. Guide prospects through model or vacant apartments, explaining layouts, amenities, and lease terms.
3. Follow up consistently with prospects.
4. Process applications and lease renewals in compliance with policies.
5. Schedule move-ins and complete lease paperwork.
6. Inspect units prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
7. Follow up with new residents post-move-in.
8. Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance.
9. Plan and coordinate resident events.
10. Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
11. Assist with marketing efforts, including surveys and resident notices.
12. Work weekends as needed.
13. Adhere to all company policies, including safety and Fair Housing.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably 2+ years of leasing experience, especially in Class A properties.
• Experience with virtual and in-person tours preferred.
• Knowledge of property management platforms like Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM preferred.
• Strong marketing skills, including social media and resident events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required depending on the property.

Environmental and Physical Demands

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, and perform physical activities as described. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

• Frequent movement, lifting less than 10 lbs regularly, occasionally over 10 lbs.
• Good sensory skills and communication abilities.
• Work conditions include indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise levels.
