Job summary

GCI Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Legacy Fort Mill location in Fort Mill, SC. You will drive leasing goals, build relationships with prospective and current residents, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.

You will tour communities, explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings, and handle follow-up on inquiries. Prepare leases and maintain records using online tools.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A skilled problem solver and self-motivated individual.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing sales process from start to finish and close on prospects.
• Tour prospects and demonstrate pricing, floor plans, amenities and community offerings.
• Follow up on inquiries from phone and internet leads.
• Assist with outreach marketing and planning resident events and functions.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using online tools and systems.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the sales process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the sale.


• Demonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects.


• Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects and leads.


• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functions.


• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using the most innovative online tools and systems.

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
