Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with prospective and current residents. You will guide tours, promote community amenities, and drive applications with a friendly, energetic approach.

In this on-site role, you’ll respond to inquiries quickly, coordinate moves, and maintain strong customer interactions. Prior leasing or property-management exposure helps, and reliable transportation is preferred.

This role is responsible for coordinating the communities marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue retention goals. A successful Leasing Consultant is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work.
