Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to engage prospective residents and efficiently manage the leasing process. You will lead tours, answer inquiries, and coordinate showings with a friendly, customer-first approach.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Weidner’s Move-In Experience. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path, open target viewing apartments, and show model homes and community amenities.

• Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm to convert interest into occupancy.
• Process applications promptly and communicate results to applicants.

This role is responsible for coordinating the communities marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue retention goals. A successful Leasing Consultant is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work.
