Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Dayton, OH. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing lease agreements, administering lease documents, maintaining resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with prospective and current residents, processing leasing applications, managing move outs, ensuring units are rent-ready, assisting the Property Manager with other tasks as assigned, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies. The Leasing Consultant will also work closely with the property management team to enhance community satisfaction.
