Compensation: $18 per hour

Overview
The Link is seeking a leasing consultant who excels in customer service, connecting with prospective residents, and identifying their needs to secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Highlight your community’s unique features and benefits to generate interest
• Effectively communicate with potential residents throughout the leasing process
• Assist residents in resolving issues and expressing concerns
• Build and maintain relationships to retain and attract residents
• Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail
• Coordinate engaging activities for residents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
