We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floating Leasing Consultant to join our team in Dallas-Fort Worth and contribute to the success of our properties.

Position Overview:

The Floating Leasing Consultant will be responsible for attracting and retaining high-quality residents by managing the leasing process effectively. This includes showcasing available units, assisting prospective residents, and handling leasing agreements and paperwork. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, results-driven, and possess excellent communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a leasing Rockstar to float through DFW properties to enhance the Ambo leasing experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours
• Build and maintain resident relations
• Manage lease agreements and paperwork
• Support marketing and promotion efforts
• Follow up with prospects and close leases
• Coordinate move-in processes
• Maintain property appearance
• Collect rent payments
• Enhance resident retention
• Assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with Yardi, RealPage, Remote Landlord, or similar platforms is a plus)
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and local leasing regulations
• Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed

Physical Demands:

• Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs
