What You'll Do

• Engage Prospective Residents: Screen all applicants against qualification standards and achieve a 33% conversion rate from prospect to resident.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude and present yourself and the leasing office with impeccable appearance and hygiene.
• Contribute to Team Success: Share creative ideas, participate in brainstorming, and help implement innovative solutions.
• Drive Marketing Initiatives: Conduct off-site marketing efforts and assist in developing strategic marketing plans.
• Build Community: Support resident programs and retention efforts to ensure a positive living experience for everyone.

Qualifications

Who You Are

You're outgoing, detail-oriented, and eager to help people find their next home. Success in this role requires:

• At least one year of experience in apartment leasing, customer service, or sales (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and good presentation abilities.
• A team player with creative problem-solving skills.
• Required Qualifications:
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• A cheerful, professional demeanor with exemplary personal hygiene and appearance.
