Job summary

Hilltop Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Lookout Apartments in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, processing lease applications, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Applicants should have leasing experience, strong communication, and a passion for marketing, sales, and customer service. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred; on-site office hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months leasing experience in conventional or student housing.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficient in converting phone calls to appointments and leases.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
• Active knowledge of online social media and presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
• Complete all lease applications, assists with application verification, and notifies prospective residents of results.
• Help to create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position
• Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community for quality assurance.
• Work hard and as a team, feel that you can conquer any obstacle

Requirements
