Job summary

Hilltop Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Canal Street Flats in Houston, TX. You will deliver exceptional service to residents, process lease applications, and support a friendly office environment while contributing to resident retention and community quality.

Ideal candidates have leasing experience in conventional or student housing, are energetic, and proficient with online social channels. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Conventional Apartment or Student Housing leasing preferred.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with enthusiasm for marketing and sales.
• Knowledge of online social media and social presence avenues.
• Proficient at converting phone calls to appointments and appointments to leases.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.

Essential Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in Conventional Apartment or Student Housing leasing experience preferred
