Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to connect with future residents and identify their wants to secure lease agreements.

The role emphasizes customer service, effective communication, and relationship-building to optimize occupancy. This position supports the Aura Creekside community with ongoing resident engagement and office administration responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule incl. weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting features and benefits of the community.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps to secure a lease.
• Serve as a resource for residents to address problems and find solutions.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents and drive occupancy.
• Perform office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.

Compensation: $20 per hour

Overview

Aura Creekside is looking for an experienced leasing consultant to usetheir customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.
