Job summary

HTU is seeking a leasing professional to deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. You will conduct engaging property tours, assist with applications and leases, and support marketing efforts across platforms.

Join a team focused on resident satisfaction, market knowledge, and collaborative operations in a collegiate environment. Weekend availability is required and PTO plus a strong 401K match are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with people in an upbeat environment.
• Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
• Enthusiastic and professional customer service skills.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Experience working in a collegiate environment is a plus.

• Assist future residents with rental applications, documentation, and lease signing.
• Support marketing initiatives online and offline, managing listings on rental platforms and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current residents, resolving issues and promoting engagement.
• Stay informed about local rental market, competitors, and industry trends to provide insights.
• Handle administrative tasks including maintaining resident records, leasing paperwork, and managing the leasing office.
• Communicate effectively with property management, maintenance, and staff to ensure operations and resident satisfaction.
