Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for TIMBERS AT LONG REACH in Columbia, MD. This full-time role focuses on leasing apartments, showing the community, and delivering exceptional resident service to support occupancy goals.

You will conduct tours, process requests, and maintain knowledge of unit specs, rents, and notices while ensuring Fair Housing compliance. Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.

• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.

What You’ll Do

The Leasing Consultant provides information, onsite tours of the community, with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents; provides customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property.

Your Day-to-day May Include

Requirements

What You Bring

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

The expected compensation range for this position is $21.00 – $21.50, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
