The Leasing Consultant is responsible for welcoming prospective residents, coordinating tours, and responding to leasing inquiries. The role also involves interacting with current residents regarding day-to-day issues and coordinating lease renewals. The Leasing Consultant acts as a central communication point between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

What you’ll do to make a difference:

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors
• Lease apartments effectively and promote property offerings in line with budget
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards are upheld in all interactions
• Follow up on leasing inquiries and monitor traffic trends
• Maintain thorough knowledge of property features and competitors
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as preferred options
• Review resident applications according to Bell guidelines
• Complete lease packets, including all necessary documentation
• Attend work regularly and punctually
• Document interactions properly
• Follow up with residents throughout their lease period
• Address resident inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly
