Burns Management is a professional real estate management company seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team of dedicated professionals and support our Apartment Communities located in the Capital Region.

We are looking for a confident leasing consultant with a go‑getter attitude. Competitive wages, an excellent benefits package, and hands‑on training are provided. The candidate must be able to work rotating weekends as scheduled, have reliable transportation, and be a self‑starter. Prior leasing experience preferred.

Compensation

Hourly pay rate: $18.50 to $22.00 per hour, depending upon experience.

Commission and bonus opportunity of 20% annually.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet potential residents and build rapport by understanding the type of apartment home they are looking for.
• Coordinate property viewings, follow‑ups, and update the CRM.
• Adhere to compliance requirements related to the approval process, lease documents, and Fair Housing.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors, prospects, and residents.
• Assist in monitoring advertising effectiveness.
• Distribute all company and community‑issued notices.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Carry out all duties assigned by supervisors in the day‑to‑day management and maintenance of a multi‑family property.
• Perform any other related duties as requested by supervisory council and management. These responsibilities are not all‑inclusive and may be modified as the supervisory & management team deems fit.

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions
