Job summary

Lifestyle Communities in Charleston, SC seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing production and sales at a busy apartment community. You will conduct luxury tours, assist with applications, and manage renewals while delivering excellent resident experiences.

We value strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to learn fair housing regulations; weekend availability is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven customer service skills, strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease production and sales at an assigned apartment community.
• Take prospective residents on luxury apartment home tours.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewal processes.
• Follow up on resident questions and concerns, support customer service.
• Maintain tour path and site cleanliness; assist with grounds upkeep.
