Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant for multiple Texas communities in Leander and Pflugerville. You will drive leasing production, present models, and close leases while delivering excellent resident experiences.

Responsibilities include guiding prospective residents through tours, processing applications and renewals, handling inquiries, and supporting site upkeep and customer service efforts at the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service preferred.
