Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Attend the property daily and onsite.
• Show, lease, and facilitate move-ins for prospective residents; conduct tours, qualify prospects, and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and execute resident retention programs.
• Assist in marketing outreach and market analysis.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of property and market conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold community policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Regular movement around the property, communication, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders and stairs, lift up to 25 lbs., work in various environments and conditions, including outdoor weather and confined spaces.

Additional Information

Compensation is based on skill, experience, and certifications, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, bonuses, and paid time off. Salary range: $15-$17/hour.
