Responsibilities

• Generate interest and showcase the community's features to attract residents.
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process to sign leases.
• Address resident concerns and help resolve issues promptly.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents and encourage referrals.
• Manage office tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Plan and coordinate resident events and activities.

Compensation: $22- $24 per hour

Overview

Blue Heronis looking for a leasing consultant to usetheir customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents
