Roundhouse in Arvada, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process from first hello to signed lease and to keep current residents satisfied.

You will greet prospects, verify eligibility, and build strong resident relations, while conducting tours, processing notices, renewals, and coordinating with the Community Manager to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong sales and customer-service skills expected.
• Willingness to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, and verify eligibility as the first point of contact.
• Build strong resident relations, address concerns, and drive retention.
• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp.
• Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, applications, move-ins/outs, transfers, and roommate changes.

Aurora, CO • $18+$20/hour + commissions • Monday, Wednesday- Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 5pm

As a Leasing Consultant at Seasons at Meridian, you manage the leasing process from first hello to signed lease, and you help keep current residents happy enough to stay.

What you'll own

• Welcome prospects, answer their questions, and verify eligibility as their first point of contact.
• Build strong resident relations by addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention.
• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp.
• Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, applications, move-ins and outs, transfers, and roommate changes.
• Hit community goals for occupancy, renewals, and turn times, with at least a 35% rental closing ratio.
• Manage resident communication channels and keep accurate CRM records.
• Track local market trends, complete monthly market surveys, and recommend competitive pricing to the Community Manager.
• Support marketing initiatives and flag local opportunities to management.
• Help plan and host resident events and activities.
• Keep resident and vendor files accurate and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and on-equipment labels.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety procedures, and company policy, and represent Roundhouse positively in every interaction.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• A strong desire to lead, both in your role and in your local community.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties as needed.

A leg up if you have:

• At least two years of sales experience.
• At least one year onsite in multifamily housing.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar CRM tools.
• Spanish fluency.
