SARES REGIS Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Corona, CA community. You will engage with prospective residents, tour model units, discuss floor plans, amenities, and lease terms, and guide applicants through the approval process.

Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to present information clearly to staff, clients, and the public.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to determine needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss layout, facilities, and lease terms.
• Qualify prospective residents and verify applications and paperwork.
• Complete lease forms and collect rental deposits and fees.
• Introduce residents to apartment and property procedures.
• Promote positive resident relations and high-quality living experience.
