Job summary

Micheal Development is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee 254 apartment units in Baxter, Minnesota. The role focuses on leasing, resident service, and coordinating maintenance to ensure high tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities include marketing, showings, application processing, and providing exceptional support to residents and prospects. Hours are part-time, with benefits and paid sick time after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment management or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with marketing the property and generating prospective resident leads.
• Conduct outreach to prospective tenants.
• Show available apartments and complete the leasing process.
• Help prospective residents find the apartment that best fits their needs.
• Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Interact with residents and coordinate maintenance work orders.
• Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and maintaining resident files.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
