Job summary

Micheal Development is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee two apartment communities in New Prague and Jordan, Minnesota. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, marketing, and coordinating maintenance, with a strong emphasis on customer service and organizational skills.

You will handle phone inquiries, conduct property tours, process applications, and support move-ins/move-outs. Schedule averages 30-40 hours weekly, with pay of $22-$24 per hour plus commissions, and

Qualifications

• Leasing/apt management experience preferred or strong customer service background.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Punctual and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Assist with marketing and generating leads for the property.
• Conduct outreach to prospective tenants.
• Show available apartments and complete leasing process.
• Help residents find apartments that fit their needs.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders with residents.
• Follow up with leads and applicants.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and maintaining resident files.
• Support Regional Manager with other duties.
