This onsite role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to leasing, marketing support, and resident engagement. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects, answer calls, conduct tours, and close leases.
• Prepare and process leasing paperwork and renewals, and maintain records.
• Assist in planning resident events and support social media and local outreach.
