Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for property operations and local travel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Previous leasing, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to access all community areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.
• Highlight community features, amenities, and benefits tailored to prospects.
• Answer questions and address concerns during tours.
• Coordinate schedules with the Leasing Experience Coordinators for tours.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of community tour paths, amenities, and units.
• Gather prospective resident information and engage via phone, text, and email.
• Assist in creating a welcoming and professional environment within the community.
