The Tipton Group seeks a Leasing Agent to be the friendly face of our property management team in San Antonio. You will present and lease units to prospective tenants and contribute to high occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leasing agent experience.
• Experience with property management software Onesite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
