Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects, provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing options.
• Manage inquiries via phone, text, and email to maximize conversions.
• Assist in day-to-day office operations and resident events.
• Support turnover and move-ins during busy periods.
• Keep the property grounds and model unit clean and presentable.
• Open/close office and maintain professional appearance per policy.
