Holland Residential LLC seeks a Sales Associate for Dimension in Seattle, WA to lease apartments, provide outstanding service to current and prospective residents, and drive renewals. You will coordinate tours, applications, and move-ins while ensuring compliance with leasing laws and company standards.
The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or sales, knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required; college coursework is a plus.
Salary range: $21.30 - $24.00 per hour, plus potential bonus and additional incentive opportunities.
Holland is seeking a skilled and service-oriented individual to join our dedicated sales team to provide exceptional customer service to our current and future residents at our community, Dimension in Seattle, Washington. The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing apartment homes to potential residents and always encouraging renewals while providing excellent customer service in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or related coursework is preferred.
Experience: One to two years of customer service and/or sales experience required. Retail experience is preferred.
Attendance: Position requires ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Due to property staffing limitations, it is extremely critical that individuals be able to work their scheduled hours plus any other hours necessary to complete the job.
