Tarragon Property Services is hiring a Leasing Associate at Sawyer Trail Apartments and Townhomes in Tacoma, WA. The role focuses on welcoming visitors, matching prospects with units, and explaining community policies while promoting a positive living experience.

We value candidates with 2+ years in sales or hospitality/property management, computer literacy, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Yardi Voyager experience is highly desired, with a monthly bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy required; ability to prepare Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in property management software is preferable; Yardi Voyager experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required.

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Weekends: 9:50 am - 5 pm

Location: Sawyer Trail Apartments and Townhomes -17412 44th Avenue East, Tacoma, WA, USA

What We Require:

• A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy
• A high school diploma or equivalent
