Job summary

Tarragon Property Services seeks a friendly Leasing Associate for Sawyer Trail Apartments in Tacoma, WA. You will greet visitors, match them with apartments, and explain community policies while delivering outstanding resident service.

The role requires at least two years in sales or hospitality or property management, computer literacy, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Yardi Voyager. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is a plus.

Qualifications

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Weekends: 9:50 am - 5 pm

Location: Sawyer Trail Apartments and Townhomes -17412 44th Avenue East, Tacoma, WA, USA

What We Require:

• A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
• Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
