Qualifications

• A minimum of two years sales experience; hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy required; ability to use standard office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses a plus.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; property management software is preferable.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is highly desired.

• Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.
• Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
• Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.
• Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.
• Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction.

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Weekends: 10 am - 5 pm

Location: Glacier Run Apartments - 12020 Sunrise Blvd. E., Puyallup, WA 98374

What We Require

• A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
• Computer literacy
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
• Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
