Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Associate (English/Spanish) to be the face of The Ava and The Aria in Irving, TX. You’ll connect with future residents, market creatively, and help people find their perfect home.

You’ll receive hourly pay plus competitive commissions for each lease and renewal, with a collaborative, fun team culture in a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• Extroverted and people-oriented personality.
• Sales-minded with a strong ability to close leases.
• Social media savvy: posting, sharing, and engaging comes naturally.
• Creative, upbeat, and always ready with a smile.
• Professional, dependable, and excited to grow in real estate.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered).
